About Me:
My Journey to
Healing & Empowerment

Hello! My name is Beth Geolat.

For over 20 years, I built a successful career in the corporate world, managing high-pressure environments, constant demands, and a pace of life that looked successful from the outside. But behind the scenes, I was living in survival mode—navigating chronic stress, burnout, emotional exhaustion, and years of putting everyone else's needs before my own.

One of the hardest seasons of my life came when I became an only parent while also losing my mother to cancer. Like many people, I kept pushing through, believing that working harder and staying strong was the answer. Instead, I realized healing required something different.

I began learning how to regulate my nervous system, care for my health, process grief, shift lifelong patterns, and reconnect with the person God created me to be. Through that journey, I discovered that lasting wellness isn't about perfection—it's about creating a life that supports your health instead of constantly working against it.

Today, I'm a certified health coach with additional training in gut health, integrative wellness, and functional nutrition. Through Centered Soul Collective, I help overwhelmed professionals, parents, and caregivers move beyond survival mode by combining practical wellness strategies, mindset work, nervous system support, and faith-centered encouragement for those who desire it.

Whether through coaching, workshops, or speaking, my mission is simple: to help you restore your energy, build resilience, and create a life filled with greater peace, purpose, and joy.
