About Me:
My Journey to
Healing & Empowerment
Hello! My name is Beth Geolat.
For over 20 years, I thrived in the corporate world managing high-pressure environments, constant demands, and the pace of a life that looked successful from the outside. But beneath the surface, I was living in survival mode—navigating chronic stress, burnout, emotional exhaustion, and years of disconnection from my own well-being.
In one of the most difficult seasons of my life, I became an only parent while also losing my mother to cancer in the same year. That season became the beginning of a deeper awakening in my life.

For years, I continued pushing through life the only way I knew how: working harder, carrying more, staying strong, and believing that if I just kept going, eventually things would feel different. But underneath it all were layers of stress, grief, trauma, and patterns I had never fully addressed.

Healing required intentional inner work, learning how to regulate my nervous system, process emotions in a healthier way, shift my mindset, and reconnect with who I truly was beneath survival mode. Most importantly, I learned how to stop carrying everything alone.
My faith became the foundation that guided me through that process. Through surrender, I found peace, strength, and a deeper trust that God was leading me even in seasons that felt uncertain and overwhelming.
What began as personal healing became a calling.

Today, I am a certified health coach with additional certification in gut health and continued training in integrative wellness and functional nutrition. I founded Centered Soul Collective to help overwhelmed professionals, caregivers, and parents restore their energy, regulate stress, and create healthier, more sustainable lives through mindset work, nervous system support, wellness practices, and faith-centered encouragement.

Whether through coaching, workshops, or speaking, my mission is to help people move beyond survival mode and reconnect with the energy, peace, resilience, and purpose they were created for.
